11) Sono straniero ed assegnatario di una borsa di studio, ma non sono ancora in Italia: come posso fare l’iscrizione all’I.N.P.S. e il codice fiscale? / I am a foreigner and I have been awarded a scholarship, but I am not yet in Italy: how can I register with INPS and get my tax code?

Risposta: Ci si può iscrivere all’I.N.P.S. e chiedere il codice fiscale all’Agenzia delle Entrate una volta entrato in Italia. Bisogna però far pervenire il modulo di autocertificazione attestante l’iscrizione all’I.N.P.S. e il codice fiscale entro il termine e con le modalità e agli Uffici di Ateneo indicati sul bando. You can register with the I.N.P.S. and ask for a tax code from the Revenue Agency once you are in Italy. However, you must send the self-certification form certifying your registration with the I.N.P.S. and your tax code, by the deadline and according to the procedures, to the University Offices indicated in the call for applications.
